The College’s annual Art Exhibition was held yesterday, 6th June. It was open all day and students as well as members of the public came in to admire the beautiful work done by students.
The work was taken from AS/A-level and Foundation Art students’ portfolios. The work they put on display is what they used for their portfolios, a key aspect for university applications – albeit in hard or soft format. This was the culmination of a hard year’s work by students and staff, so a big well done to all.
The work was prepared at our new College site on Regent Street, in central Cambridge, where we have a purpose-built ground floor set of art studios. Staff at the College were lucky enough to see some of the work throughout the academic year, as the Art Department share students’ work on a monthly basis, using framed publications of Photographer of the Month as well as Examples of Student Work.
