Over the last 40 years St. Andrew’s College Cambridge has helped thousands
of students enter the United Kingdom’s top universities. Our academic standards are very
high; we expect a lot from our students, but we ensure they have everything they need in place in order to produce their best work.
We seek to create an environment where success and attainment are staff and students alike. In all subjects you will be taught in very small class groups by experienced, qualified and dedicated teachers who treat each student as an individual. The small teaching groups allow the open exchange of ideas between students and teaching staff that is a particular feature of life at St Andrew’s Cambridge.
A key principle of the British education system is that students are encouraged not just to learn but to question. The interactive dynamic of classes at St Andrew’s Cambridge are the perfect demonstration of this principle in action. Through stimulating discussion and debate, students learn to develop and express their own ideas and beliefs – just as they will need to do at university, and in their careers, after they leave St Andrew’s Cambridge behind.
St Andrew’s College Cambridge was ranked in the top 200 schools in the UK for A Level results in 2014. Our foundation courses are inspected and accredited by NCFE.
