When should a student apply for a scholarship

  • Students below the age of 18 can choose to take our English entry tests, based on similar criteria to IELTS, to be eligible for both a place and/or a scholarship.
  • Scholarship policy applies to Pre-A, A-level and Foundation courses for both September and January intake.
  • The scholarship will be offered to the student during the whole duration of the study with St. Andrew’s. However, scholarships will be reviewed annually and are subject to good academic performance and behaviour. To obtain a continuation of the scholarship a student would need at least 2 As in the first year of A-Level and an attendance level of at least 95% in all subjects.
  • If taking a course or subjects for A-Level that does not include Maths, the Maths test is not taken into consideration. The student may need to present a portfolio / essay for review.
