Today, we were delighted to receive a warm and thoughtful message from Davide, one of our students from Italy who joined our One-Term A-Level Boarding Taster Course from September to December 2025.
“Vickie I hope you are well. I wanted to take a moment to thank you and every staff for ...the incredible experience I had at St Andrew’s College.
I spent four amazing months there and enjoyed every single moment. I especially loved living at the school and being part of the boarding community. I feel that I made a lot of progress, both academically and in learning the language, and this experience has been extremely valuable to me.
Thank you again for all the support, kindness, and help you gave me during my time at St Andrew’s. I will always carry wonderful memories of my stay, and I truly hope to come back and visit in the future.”
It is moments like these that remind us our work truly matters, caring for young people, supporting them as individuals, and providing an excellent educational experience they will carry with them for life.

We were delighted to have our Head of STEM, Dr Andy Flower, share his insights of teaching and studying science at St Andrew’s College Cambridge.
With strong academic background and passion for science education, Dr Flower encourage students to think critically, ask meaningful questions,... and develop a deep understanding of scientific concepts, not just to succeed in exams, but to prepare for future study at top universities.
At St Andrew’s, science learning goes beyond the classroom. Through small class sizes, hands-on practical work, and close academic mentoring, students gain confidence, curiosity, and the skills needed to thrive in subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Computer Science.

Student Spotlight: Ilva’s Journey to Cambridge University 🌟
From completing Grade 10 in Tirana to joining our two-year A-Level programme at St. Andrew’s College Cambridge, Ilva’s journey has been shaped by focus, ambition, and determination.
Her hard work led her to ...Cambridge University, where she studied Architecture — one of the most competitive courses in the UK.
Today, Ilva works at the European Committee and recently shared reflections on her time at St Andrew’s and Cambridge, as well as the importance of setting clear goals and staying committed to them.
Her message to current and future students is simple and powerful: believe in your direction, choose a goal that matters to you, and take steady steps towards it.

We’re celebrating our student Megan, who originally started the A-Level pathway and later discovered that the University Foundation (Art & Design) route suited her interests better.
After moving into the Art Foundation programme, she explored different mediums, developed her ...portfolio, and steadily built confidence in her creative work.
Megan successfully received offers from all 5 of her UCAS university choices, a wonderful recognition of her hard work and artistic growth.
It has been inspiring to see her progress, from early sketches to a completed portfolio that truly reflects her style and ideas.
We’re incredibly proud of everything she has achieved and excited for her next chapter in the arts.
